Ground Water(Well) RO Desalination

CWT-RO-G reverse osmosis systems cater to various commercial and residential purposes and can be used for well and ground water purification. Each system is compact in footprint which means units can be accommodated in the most limited of places such as small rooms, basement chambers or rooftop sheds without any hassle. All systems are included with pre-treatment and post treatment to ensure complete purification of water. Typical flow rates start from 5,000 GPD to 15,000 GPD.

Sea Water RO Desalination

CWT-RO-S Series custom designs, manufactures, and supplies state-of-the-art desalination systems for sea water. Seawater desalination plants are available in both containerized and skid mounted designs. Each unit is custom built using durable and long lasting parts. This ensures optimum performance even in the most remote site conditions.

Sea water desalination systems incorporate energy recovery systems which reduce energy requirement up to 40%, resulting in more economical production of drinking water. The company supplies small to medium size desalination plants with a capacity of 5–50,000 m3 per day. To reduce cost, energy recovery is undertaken by pressure exchangers or turbine pumps.

Filtration System

The multimedia filter in water filtration is the most common method of water filtration. These filters contain multiple layers of media through which water flows. Each layer is progressively sized in coarseness and layer depth. The media layers are stacked such that the layer to remove the coarsest and densest media, usually gravel, is at the bottom. The layer to remove lighter, finer media is at the top.

The multimedia filter reduces the level of suspensions in the feed water. Suspended solids in a waste stream usually include small particles such as silt, clay, organic matter, grit, algae, and other microorganisms.
